General Information

Arrival and Departure

  • What time can I check in and check out?

    • You can check in at any time, but your room is usually ready starting at 1:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage with us.
    • Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
    • You can request an early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee, based on availability. This must be requested the day before your arrival.
  • What documents do I need to check in?

    • A valid ID is required for every person staying in the room: an identity card, driver’s license, or passport.
    • A residence permit, health card, or a photo of your ID are not considered valid. Infants must also have an ID card.
  • Is the hotel open 24 hours?

    • Yes, the reception and bar are open 24/7, and there is a night porter on duty. You are free to return to the hotel at any time.
  • What payment methods do you accept for the balance?

    • The balance is due upon check-in and can be paid by credit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, it must be an instant transfer completed two days before your arrival.
  • Will I have to pay a city tax?

    • Yes, the Municipality of Rimini has a city tax of €2.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This tax must be paid at the hotel.

Hotel Services

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    • Yes, you can connect for free by choosing the Hotspot_Amicizia network. A registration page will open automatically. The connection details are also available on the desk in your room.
  • Does the hotel have a laundry service?

    • Yes, we have a partner laundry service that offers pickup and delivery within 24 hours.

Room Amenities

  • What amenities are included in the rooms?

    • All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, a safe, a hairdryer, and a minibar.
  • How do the electronic locks and energy-saving features work?

    • To activate the lights and outlets, insert your electronic key into the slot. When you remove it, the lights and some outlets will turn off. The outlet on the desk always stays on. The minibar has complimentary welcome water. For other beverages, please ask at the reception.
  • How do the heating and air conditioning work?

    • Each room has an independent thermostat. For proper functioning, all windows must be closed.
  • Are the rooms soundproofed?

    • Yes, the hotel has been recently renovated, and all rooms are soundproofed.
  • Are there rooms with balconies?

    • Yes, some of our rooms have balconies. The “Sunny Room” has a balcony with a side sea view.
  • Can I smoke in the hotel or on the balcony?

    • Smoking is only permitted in open areas, such as your room’s balcony. It is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces.
  • Are cribs or beds for children available?

    • Yes, upon request and for an additional fee, we can provide cribs and bed rails. It’s important to specify this need when booking, as not all rooms can accommodate a crib.

Housekeeping and Additional Services

  • How does towel service work?

    • To protect the environment, we only change towels that you leave in the sink or on the floor. Thank you for helping us limit water and energy waste.
  • Do you provide razors, toothbrushes, or slippers?

    • Yes, you can request them at the reception. The cost is €2 for a razor, €2 for a toothbrush with toothpaste, and €2 for slippers.

Dining

Breakfast and Meals

  • What time is breakfast served?

    • The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During trade shows, we start breakfast at 7:30 AM.
  • Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

    • Yes, our restaurant is open during the summer season and for specific periods or groups in the winter.
  • Is it possible to get a packed lunch?

    • Yes, if you let us know the day before, we can prepare a packed lunch (two sandwiches, one drink, one piece of fruit) for a cost of €9.

Useful Information

Getting Here and Parking

  • How do I reach the hotel by car?

    • Take the Rimini SUD exit on the A14 highway. Keep to the right and follow the signs for Rimini. Follow the roundabouts and signs until you reach Viale Tripoli. Continue until Piazza Marvelli, turn right onto Viale Regina Elena, and continue straight to the traffic light. You will find Hotel Amicizia 20 meters before the traffic light, on the right-hand side.
  • How do I reach the hotel by train?

    • From Rimini Station, you can take bus N. 11 (towards Riccione) and get off at stop N. 16. Alternatively, using the same ticket, you can take the Metromare shuttle located outside the station and get off at the Pascoli stop, which is close to the hotel.
  • Is there parking?

    • Yes, we offer several paid parking options, which must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability:
    • An on-site, enclosed, and gated parking lot with limited spaces.
    • An open-air parking lot about 200 meters from the hotel.
    • A secure, attended parking lot used only in the summer, about 1 km away, which is accessible by a shuttle.
  • How far is the hotel from the beach?

    • The hotel is in Marina Centro, just 30-50 meters from the beach, which you can easily reach on foot. We have a special agreement with the bathing establishment “Le Spiagge.”

Hotel Policies

  • Are pets allowed?

    • No, Hotel Amicizia does not accept pets, as we often have guests with phobias or allergies.
  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    • You can smoke in the garden or on your balcony. Please be careful to ensure the smoke does not enter the room.
